Privacy Policy

Rhombix Technologies Inc. (“Rhombix,” “we,” “us”) operates MCPCP / MCP Control Panel. This notice explains how information is handled through this website and its inquiry form. It does not replace a separately agreed privacy or data-processing agreement for a customer project.

Information collected

The form collects your name, email, optional phone number, message, page address, and your contact-consent choice. We include a submission identifier, consent-text version, the text shown to you, and a browser-reported submission time with the inquiry. The form also includes an anti-spam field. Please do not submit passwords, API keys, payment details, sensitive personal information, or customer datasets.

Website and infrastructure providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, and request logs when serving the site. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives requests from your browser. The site’s own code does not set advertising cookies or include a third-party advertising or analytics tracker. Hosting providers may use their own cookies or technical controls, including access controls for a private preview.

How information is used

We use inquiry information to respond, discuss requested services, arrange a callback when requested, administer our business, prevent abuse, and keep records of contact preferences. If you check the contact-consent box, we may send marketing through the channels described beside it. Consent covers MCPCP’s stated communications, not unrelated purposes or marketing by unnamed third parties.

Form processing and service providers

Submissions are sent to a Google Apps Script web application used by Rhombix for form processing. Google therefore processes the information submitted through that service. Hosting, communications, and other service providers used to operate the website or respond to inquiries may also process information for those purposes. Information may be disclosed when reasonably needed to comply with law, protect rights or security, or as part of a business transaction subject to applicable protections.

This notice does not describe customer-product integrations as live data transfers: the diagrams on this website are illustrative. Submitting an inquiry does not connect your accounts to Claude, ChatGPT, or other AI products.

Contact choices and withdrawal

The website form requires the contact-consent checkbox before submission. It covers inquiry responses and marketing email and, when a phone number is provided, calls and texts including automated, artificial, prerecorded, or AI-generated voice communications as stated beside the checkbox. Checking and submitting is your electronic agreement. Consent is not a condition of purchasing services. To inquire or discuss a purchase without giving marketing consent, email [email protected] directly; that direct email does not itself enroll you in marketing.

To withdraw consent, email [email protected], use an email unsubscribe link, tell the caller, or reply STOP to a marketing text. Withdrawal applies to future communications and does not undo previous processing. We may retain a minimal suppression record so that your choice continues to be honored. Necessary responses to a request you initiate may still be sent.

Retention and safeguards

Information should be kept only as long as reasonably necessary for the inquiry, any resulting business relationship, applicable legal obligations, dispute handling, and records of consent or withdrawal. Different records may require different retention periods. Contact us for information about a particular record or to request deletion. No online service is entirely secure; do not use this form to send confidential credentials or sensitive records.

Your requests and applicable rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or other information about use of your data. Contact [email protected]. We may need to verify your request and will respond in accordance with applicable law. Service providers may process information in jurisdictions other than your own.

Business use and children

This website is intended for business inquiries and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can address it.

Changes and contact

We may update this notice as our practices change. The effective date identifies the current version. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to Rhombix Technologies Inc. at [email protected].
