Website Terms
Effective October 5, 2026 · Updated contact-consent version 2
These terms describe use of the MCPCP / MCP Control Panel website operated by Rhombix Technologies Inc. (“Rhombix,” “we,” “us”). Questions can be sent to [email protected].
Website purpose
The website introduces our custom MCP development, hosting, management, and maintenance services and lets you contact us. Information and illustrations are general descriptions, not a binding proposal or a guarantee of a particular result.
Separate service agreements
Submitting an inquiry does not order a service, create a subscription, or commit either party to a project. Scope, fees, deliverables, intellectual-property ownership, hosting obligations, support, data processing, service levels, cancellation, and liability for paid services must be addressed in a separate agreement.
Appropriate use
Provide accurate contact information and submit information you are authorized to share. Do not impersonate another person, submit unlawful material, introduce malicious code, misuse the contact form, interfere with the site, or attempt unauthorized access. Do not submit credentials, payment information, or sensitive customer records.
Communications
An inquiry requests a response about your stated needs. The form’s required contact-consent checkbox authorizes only the communications and channels expressly described beside it. These website terms do not add unrelated communication permissions. For an inquiry without marketing consent, email [email protected] directly. You can withdraw consent as described in our Privacy Policy. Marketing consent is not a condition of purchase.
Site content and third-party services
Rhombix and its licensors retain their rights in the website’s original content and branding. You may view and share links to the site for legitimate business evaluation. Third-party product names and marks belong to their respective owners. MCPCP is an independent service and is not affiliated with Anthropic or OpenAI.
External links are provided for context. Their operators control their content and policies. AI-client capabilities and directory rules can change. Listing, approval, placement, recommendations, availability across clients, and commercial results are not guaranteed. Third-party platforms control their own reviews and discovery features.
Accuracy and availability
We aim to keep the website useful and accurate, but information may contain errors or become outdated. The website is provided as available, and uninterrupted availability is not promised. Nothing here excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Commitments made in a signed service agreement are governed by that agreement.
Privacy, changes, and contact
The Privacy Policy explains website inquiry data practices. We may update these website terms and will revise the effective date. Changes do not automatically amend an existing service agreement. Contact [email protected] with questions.
